Yesterday, an event was held to thank teachers, staff and volunteers for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

Makua Manu led grades 3 and 4 in a Hawaiian chant, and also led lower grade levels in a “Liholiho Sings to You” performance. Grade 5 gave a preview of their graduation song along with Mr Magnenat and a student band.

Teachers, staff and volunteers were treated to lunch and ice cream.

Click below to see pictures and videos from the event. (Note: The video at the end is of a Kindergarten student (Enzo) showing off his impressive dance moves (along with some 5th grade backup dancers)! The video didn’t pick up the song very well, so just imagine Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic” playing in the background!)

Hi everyone!

A packet went home last night in your child’s Thursday folder regarding the upcoming walk-a-thon at Liholiho Elementary school on Friday, Feb. 12. This event will serve as a great way to continue Liholiho’s emphasis on wellness and also provide a great way to help the PTA raise money for the school, which goes back to the students!

Below you will find two links that will take you to the forms.  One link includes walk-a-thon information in English and the other link is in Japanese.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!
