Over a hun­dred school and com­mu­ni­ty vol­un­teers came down yes­ter­day to par­tic­i­pate in our very first Liholi­ho ‘Aina Gar­den Par­ty! Liholi­ho com­mu­ni­ty con­trib­u­tors worked inter­de­pen­dent­ly to build six 4′ x 12’ raised gar­den beds, a green com­post struc­ture, and paint­ed beau­ti­ful signs to label gar­den beds for each grade lev­el.
